Introduction

Hi! I’m Martin and I’m the owner of Plnt Source Fitness & Nutrition. Not long ago I was a little like you and I found myself wondering how can I be Vegan AND get physically stronger…? My whole life it’s been engrained that animal protein is the ONLY way to build muscle and that anything else is laughable. I don’t know about you but I’m not a fan of when I’m told I can’t do something different.

My career path was once in Supply Chain management but thanks to Covid isolation I discovered how much I adore helping people grow stronger not only physically but mentally too. When I hear someone say “it’s thanks to you that I keep coming to the gym and working hard”, I couldn’t be more happy, for me and you.

So, I decided to make a change, I got certified as a Personal Training Specialist and studying Plant-Based Nutrition. I want to help people every day, in every way, because I know it’s not easy. I know it’s confusing and especially, I know that everyone is different and it takes careful consideration to plan and customize individualized meals and workouts.
